On October 20, 2025, DeepAffex experienced degraded service performance and intermittent outages due to a widespread AWS service disruption.

The issue originated from upstream AWS instability affecting key infrastructure components supporting our production environment.

AWS restored normal operations by 5:30 AM EDT, after which DeepAffex services automatically recovered.
