After investigating the issue we have found that the DeepAffex Europe (eu-central) Production cloud instance experienced an unplanned degradation in service that affected the handling of incoming measurement requests. The cloud service experienced a node recycle which led to the issue getting automatically resolved within approximately 10 minutes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and our team is working on exploring measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
